◆Role Overview:
Our client, a multinational trading and supply chain organisation, is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee customer service and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory control and logistics coordination while serving as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, warehouses and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth operational execution, maintaining service excellence and supporting continuous process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and order closure.
- Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely order execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet customer demand.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle count activities.
- Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.
- Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
- Verify logistics-related invoices, manage shipment cost postings and maintain accurate transaction records in SAP.
- Administer insurance declarations and claims, working closely with insurers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Support process improvements, system enhancements and cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
