Senior Manager [Case Manager – New Business]

Job Summary:
A client-focused role supporting high-net-worth insurance applications through precise case management, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business insurance applications in accordance with HNW underwriting standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, validate, and support high-value sales illustrations requested by sales consultants and business partners.
  • Work closely with sales consultants to facilitate smooth preparation and end-to-end processing of HNW insurance applications.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on application progress to internal stakeholders and sales consultants.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client, meeting, and case records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure all new business documentation is submitted accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Support team members with case management, medical requirements, sales presentations, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with Finance and New Business teams on paid reports and required financial documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and committed to service excellence and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English for business communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
  • Prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients and handling complex insurance cases is an added advantage.
