Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders with tyre factories from order placement through production and shipment.
  • Manage factory production schedules, order status, delivery timelines, and fulfilment priorities.
  • Plan supply and shipments based on confirmed customer orders and demand forecasts.
  • Monitor production progress and address delays, shortages, and other supply constraints.
  • Coordinate international shipment arrangements and shipping documentation with logistics partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate order, production, and shipment records and provide regular status updates.
  • Support supplier coordination and other supply chain activities across international markets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • Prior working experience in the tyre industry is preferred.
  • Approximately 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, production coordination, purchasing, or related functions.
  • Experience working directly with tyre factories or manufacturers is an added advantage.
  • Strong working proficiency in English for business communication with English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong working proficiency in Mandarin for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking factories and business partners in China.
  • Working knowledge of international trade, shipping, and import/export processes.
  • Experience coordinating production schedules, customer orders, shipment timelines, and supply-related issues.
