Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting projects in overseas business strategy, market expansion, and growth planning.
  • Develop and execute new business initiatives to support clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Drive Digital Transformation (DX) and AI Transformation (AX) projects across business functions.
  • Analyze business challenges, formulate solutions, and deliver transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage business process improvement and IT modernization programmes.
  • Partner with clients to ensure successful project delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Contribute to organizational development and operational improvement initiatives within the Singapore office.
  • Collaborate with multinational corporations, overseas subsidiaries, and regional stakeholders on cross-border projects.
  • Take ownership of project delivery while strengthening the firm’s international consulting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business, IT, or digital transformation consulting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate planning, business planning, new business development, overseas business management, or DX initiatives.
  • Experience supporting overseas business operations, cross-border projects, or overseas subsidiaries.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and stakeholder materials.
  • Experience engaging clients and facilitating business discussions.
  • Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience at Senior Consultant level or above is an added advantage.
  • Experience leading projects at Manager level or above is an added advantage.
  • Experience in overseas business development, overseas office establishment, international assignments, or management of overseas subsidiaries is an added advantage.
