Project Manager (Data Centre & M&E Projects)

• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects in Singapore, aligning with business objectives
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to stakeholders
• Review master programmes and track progress against planned schedules
• Develop cost estimates, assess progress claims, and issue payment certifications
• Identify delay risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate submission and approval of project documents with relevant authorities
• Lead project execution: conduct site meetings, enforce safety standards, monitor quality, and manage program status
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including data centre builds and capital improvement works
• Support project handover to operations teams

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid technical knowledge in engineering or construction-related fields
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage
• Experience in data centre or complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is an added advantage
