Job Summary:
Registered Pharmacist to drive regulatory compliance, sales growth, and customer partnerships across ASEAN healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company’s Form A Poison Licence as the appointed pharmacist.
  • Support regulatory affairs activities for IVD and pharmaceutical products across ASEAN markets.
  • Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical formulation sectors.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Act as the key liaison between manufacturers, principals, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly sales performance reports for assigned product portfolios.
  • Support product registration, regulatory submissions, and compliance activities in accordance with local regulations.
  • Manage pharmacovigilance activities, including adverse event reporting and product safety monitoring.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities to support business growth.

Requirements
[MUST TO HAVE]

  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Board.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or laboratory environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.

[GOOD TO HAVE]

  • Experience in regulatory affairs for medical devices and pharmaceutical products is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices in Singapore (GDPMDS) is an added advantage.
