NPI Manager (Semiconductor Equipment R&D)

   
Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on R&D projects
• Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to manage requirements from inquiry through design, build, and delivery
• Bridge communication between internal R&D teams and customers on project status, progress, and technical matters
• Align R&D workflow priorities with project timelines and customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of R&D activities
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to customers and management
• Develop and present technical materials based on inputs from engineering teams
• Organize and manage product demonstrations and equipment buy-off programs
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Support transition to Product Management, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or semiconductor equipment development
• Exposure to semiconductor equipment design, development, and packaging/assembly processes
• Knowledge of product costing, budgeting, and commercial considerations
• Experience with hardware and software systems related to equipment development is an added advantage
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
