Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between regional offices and headquarters, ensuring accurate spoken and written Japanese communication for business operations.
  • Consolidate, analyse, and monitor business performance and financial data across the Asia & Oceania region.
  • Prepare, summarise, and draft periodic reports and management materials in Japanese for headquarters submission.
  • Support the planning and coordination of management meetings, including preparation of presentation and meeting materials.
  • Arrange logistics, administrative support, and hospitality services for business travellers and visiting stakeholders.
  • Administer expatriate welfare and benefits programmes, including home leave, temporary return travel, and education-related support.
  • Assist with the circulation, tracking, filing, and maintenance of internal documentation and application records.
  • Provide pre-assignment administrative support for expatriates relocating to overseas assignments.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 3 year of experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, Corporate Planning, Finance, administration, or related back-office functions.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for preparing reports and management materials in Japanese, and for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and headquarters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and document preparation.
  • Experience in business reporting, data analysis, administrative coordination, or related functions is an added advantage.
