Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and supply forecasts to vendors, ensuring alignment with procurement plans and demand projections.
  • Oversee the end-to-end ordering process to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage the preparation and daily handling of shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and all required regulatory paperwork.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all shipping and billing documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate payment and billing operations with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
  • Maintain a structured and efficient document control system for easy access, tracking, and auditing purposes.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, resolve discrepancies, manage shipping claims, and ensure on-time transportation of goods.
  • Monitor shipment progress, address delays or logistical challenges proactively, provide regular forecasts to suppliers, conduct capacity assessments as needed, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with at least a Diploma in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
