Job Summary:
Drive growth in green engineering solutions by developing business opportunities and delivering retrofit projects across marine and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development initiatives for green technology solutions across marine, offshore, and land-based sectors
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., IMO CII) to identify opportunities and develop decarbonization solutions
  • Build technical and commercial knowledge of retrofit engineering, including BWTS, scrubbers, and integrated turnkey solutions
  • Promote end-to-end project delivery, covering engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning
  • Identify and pursue local and international opportunities to expand market presence
  • Achieve sales targets and margin objectives through effective planning and execution
  • Conduct sales forecasting, contract negotiations, and deal closure activities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Conduct sales visits, technical presentations, and solution discussions
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, operations, and global stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Support team capability development through knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Develop strategies to expand market share across marine, offshore, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors
  • Position integrated engineering and retrofit solutions for repair, upgrade, and newbuilding opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry
  • Background in automation, instrumentation, electrical, or electronics engineering is an added advantage
  • Strong technical understanding of retrofit engineering solutions and related technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and marketing skills with good market awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently and efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Professional attitude with integrity and accountability
  • Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings
