Sales Coordinator (East/ Up to $3.4k + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities

  • Manage order entry and oversee end-to-end order processing
  • Follow up on order-related issues including stock availability and delivery timelines
  • Respond to customer enquiries on order status and updates
  • Monitor credit limits and advance payments prior to shipment arrangements
  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requirements
  • Prepare and issue Letter of Credit (LC) documents for bank negotiation post-shipment
  • Develop special pricing costings and quotations for approval
  • Maintain and update product price lists
  • Coordinate overseas shipment processes including documentation, pick lists, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Resolve order-related issues such as shipment holds, warranty claims, product deviations, and discontinuations
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred; no experience is required as training will be provided
  • Knowledge of IFS system is an added advantage
