Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including bank submissions and statutory contributions.
  • Prepare and submit annual IR8A filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer statutory claims, including government-paid leave claims and NS Make-Up Pay claims.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of employment-related passes and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with high data integrity.
  • Administer employee benefits programmes, including medical insurance, health screenings, wellness initiatives, and related benefits.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and training programmes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support administrative duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • Experience in payroll processing and statutory HR administration.
  • Knowledge of IR8A submission requirements and government claims administration.
  • Experience managing employment-related pass administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and record management.
