Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide sourcing and selection strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using diverse and effective sourcing channels
  • Review and enhance recruitment processes, templates, and interview practices to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Develop structured interview guides and evaluation tools to support fair and objective hiring decisions
  • Research recruitment methodologies and market practices to strengthen hiring outcomes and organisational fit
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyse hiring trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR team and stakeholders to enhance candidate and onboarding experience
  • Review HR workflows and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery
  • Support development and documentation of HR policies, SOPs, templates, and guidelines
  • Contribute to HR system and reporting tool enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
  • Participate in HR projects and organisational initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to end-to-end Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, and employment legislation
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and HR lifecycle processes
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and recommend process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in recruitment process improvements or HR projects is an added advantage
  • Exposure to multiple HR functions or regional environments is an added advantage
