Job Summary:

Drive business excellence through process improvement, pricing governance, and performance insights in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review commercial and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Design and implement standardized, efficient processes to enhance governance and execution quality.
  • Strengthen pricing management, governance, and commercial decision-making frameworks.
  • Analyse pricing structures, margins, product mix, and customer segments to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to implement pricing strategies and monitor outcomes.
  • Evaluate and improve distributor systems, processes, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Enhance visibility into distributor performance, execution, and route-to-market effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for accurate business performance tracking.
  • Consolidate cross-functional data and translate into actionable insights for management decisions.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support implementation of regional commercial excellence frameworks and best practices locally.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to resolve process gaps and drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business excellence, commercial operations, process improvement, pricing, or business transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, pricing, margins, and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with distributor management, route-to-market strategies, and commercial processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, sales automation, or business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2B, FMCG, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, or similar industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Experience working in a regional or matrix organisation is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certification in project management, process improvement, or business analysis is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
