Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Create detailed 3D models for process piping systems and tool hook-up services
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate across disciplines to minimize site conflicts
  • Generate shop, construction, and as-built drawings from BIM models
  • Collaborate with project engineers and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability
  • Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, contractor feedback, and revised drawings
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and company standards
  • Support additional assigned project tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of BIM modelling experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction specifications
  • Knowledge of process piping, exhaust, HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, gas, and chemical systems is an added advantage
  • Experience in tool hook-up or facility installation works is an added advantage
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced project environment with tight timelines
