Associate Engineer (Customer Support & Field Service)

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance for peripheral digital equipment at client locations
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair work to restore equipment functionality
• Compile and analyse maintenance and repair data to support continuous improvement
• Liaise with clients on-site to understand issues and provide technical solutions
• Support installation and commissioning of equipment for project deployments
• Carry out other related technical and support duties as assigned

Requirements

• No experience required. Training will be provided.
• Willing to work irregular hours to support a 24/7 operational environment
• Comfortable with overseas business travel when required
• Basic technical aptitude in equipment troubleshooting or maintenance is an added advantage
