Responsibilities

  • Spearhead enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives across regional client organizations.
  • Lead the transition from data visualization projects to advanced analytics and large-scale data solutions.
  • Drive AI adoption across business functions including R&D, manufacturing, sales, after-sales services, and corporate operations.
  • Develop and execute data, analytics, and AI strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through meaningful growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set clear priorities, align teams to strategic objectives, and oversee successful project delivery.
  • Make data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes and sustainable financial performance.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive change, innovation, and adoption of leading practices.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Lead project delivery engagements and contribute to proposal development and business growth activities.

Requirements 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and above in related field
  • Experience in a consulting firm specializing in data strategy, data platforms, data management, BI, analytics, or AI.
  • Alternatively, experience with an IT vendor delivering data platforms, data management, BI, analytics, or AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Southeast Asia consulting experience is an added advantage.
